Bio
My background is pharmaceutical, an industry which I worked in for a decade before joining Firecrest in 2012. I joined the company as an Instructional Designer, then moved up to Instructional Design Team Lead and I’m now working as an Instruction Design Manager.
The phenomenal level of growth since I’ve joined Firecrest has been fantastic in providing me with a number of opportunities to progress. I’ve completed two management courses while working here, one internal and one external, both of which I’ve found very helpful.
Firecrest is full of incredibly talented, energetic people, all of whom are always willing to share their time and expertise to create solutions. It’s a fast paced environment to work in and I love that – it’s exciting - you never get bored!
Firecrest is the branch of ICON that creates state-of-the-art training, performance and study management tools to significantly improve all study-related activities on our sites. I was attracted to working here because you work with such fascinating content when you develop training content for clinical trials. I’m looking forward to continuing to grow with the business in the future.
