I am the global lead for commercial recruitment within ICON plc, supporting candidate applications and recruitment process into our Business Development; Alliance Management; Strategic Partnerships; Inside Sales; Proposals; and Business Information teams.

The ICS (ICON Commercial Solutions) function leads and manages the end to end commercial process within ICON plc, from those first initial conversations with the sponsor; creating highly detailed and commercially orientated proposal documentation; presenting at bid defence meetings; through to study award and ongoing long term customer relationships.
