I have worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant with ICON since 2021. Overall, I have over 6 years of recruitment experience in the pharmaceutical/clinical industry. I recruit clinically relevant positions currently, such as CRA, SSU, CTA, PM, etc., within China. I am also responsible for Medical Writer, HGRAC specialist, and others. Treatment area of positions could cover drug, devices, vaccine, etc. I recruit for full searches and projects, and carry a well balanced relationship between ICON and clients. Based in Dalian, I have the opportunity to work with multiple teams. ICON is growing very fast, and there are many CRAs/CTA opportunities available!
