Summary:

ICON Clinical Research is currently looking to recruit a Senior Manager, CRM (Salesforce.com) into our Global HQ in Dublin.  This is an exciting role within ICON, with exposure throughout all functions and levels.  This role has become available due to a staff promotion.

As Senior Manager, CRM you will be responsible for the oversight and running of the Salesforce CRM system and for ensuring the provision of a robust system to support the entire sales lifecycle.  You will hold a comprehensive responsibility, inc. working extensively with ICON internal stakeholders (inc. Proposals; Marketing; Contract Management; Finance; and IT) to review and align process.

This will be achieved through your own activity and through a Dublin based team.

To be considered for this opportunity you should have

• A demonstrable ability to interact and management stakeholders throughout ICON, inc. Operations; Finance; Proposals; Marketing; Sales; Contract Management; and IT.
• Significant skills and knowledge throughout CRM (Salesforce) systems; Word; Spreadsheets; and PowerPoint software.
• An understanding of the following systems/tools:  Sales Cloud; Service Cloud; Force.com; Einstein Analytics Cloud; Salesforce Admin (Expert) Salesforce Lightening; Agile Development and Salesforce Governance
