Account Manager, Mapi Research Trust

Location: UK (Marlow), France (Lyon) or US (Raleigh) (with some flexibility)

If you have an interest in outcomes research, languages, intellectual property/ copyright, eCOA and in coordinating patient-reported outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Author Collaborations team at Mapi Research Trust.

Within the Author Collaboration team, we develop partnerships between us and the authors of research outcomes questionnaires and our clients' who will use this product in their own clinical trials.

As the Account Manager you will support efforts to maintain and expand upon client relationships for the Author Collaborations. The Account Manager owns one or more accounts, and is responsible for understanding clients' business objectives and for supporting or leading RFI/RFP responses and BD efforts and will collaborate across PCS.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop multiple and international partnerships for the portfolio of Clinical outcomes assessments outreaching appropriate parties.
• Develop proposals, discuss quotes, establish contract with the client
• Develop, establish and maintain customer relationships with our client's, author's and other internal teams
• Collaborate with internal language services teams for linguistic validation, translation and eCOA expertise

To succeed you will need:

• As subject matter, expert previous experience with COA authors and copyright holders, with the licensing/test publishing industry as well as COA PRO translation field particularly in managing linguistic validation projects and eCOA processes is required
• Outstanding customer service
• Previous experience in linguistics validation, licensing, and account management
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and proactive work ethic
• Fluency in English both orally and in writing with strong communication skills
• Experience in managing multiple, varied tasks simultaneously and independently
• Applicants must also be able to demonstrate drive, passion, and autonomy
• A background/qualification Languages, English, Marketing or Business is preferred but not essential
