How did you get that job?
Barbara Skerritt, IT Director at ICON in Dublin, shares her experience of having started out in IT despite not coming from a technical background and having founded the Women in Technology initiative in ICON.

WIT Motivation
The WIT Steering Committee has identified three key

Awards that included WIT
ICON won the 2022 Stevie bronze award for the best business or competitive intelligence solution for its innovative artificial intelligence product ICONex. Kusuma Manavalli Ramanna, one of ICON’s most talented data scientists, is instrumental in delivering this solution to our business units. ICONex applies a graph network to the PubMed publication database to identify the best-connected key opinion leader for specific rare disease RFPs. Kusuma builds out tailored, interactive solutions in ICONex for each RFP in a tight timeframe to give our proposals teams the edge and help set up the opportunity for success.
