Accounts Receivable Associate

We are hiring Accounts Receivable Associate in Chennai location and looking for aspirants like you.

We are looking for highly dynamic and technically sound applicants for advanced role in Finance team.

Your responsibility includes:

1. You will work with Operations, Revenue and / or other departments to collect data and prepare customer invoices based on contract terms for both service and pass through fees. Quality of work is such that can work independently on most assignments.

• You should associate with Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure timely collections, including contact with project managers and clients.
• Reviewing monthly unbilled Revenue and passing reports to assure timely billing and act as a motivation to advance billing or contractual issues accordingly.
• You will build and maintain complex excel schedules and adhoc reporting to meet client needs
• Perform the routine review and maintenance of peer excel schedules.
• Analyze study specific accounts and prepare monthly reports in compliance with departmental procedures.
• Perform daily / weekly / monthly accurate and timely data entry to AR and Billing Modules.
• Ability to read and interpret client contracts and follow billing instructions independently and implement to departmental procedures and company policy.
• Ability to work well with Project Directors, Project Managers, Contracts Analysts and others as needed in order to progress billing and contract issues in relation to billing.
• Performance to inform and influence others to suggest improvement in processes; shows initiative and identify recurring issues and propose solutions independently.
• Your Good command of English (oral and written) is much essential as job entails a good deal of customer service, both internal and external customers.
• We look for minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable w/ Billing experience.
• Your Prior Contract interpretation or Contract billing experience a plus.
