Role: ADDPLAN Administator

Location: North Wales, PA

Summary:

To assist the Innovation Center team with departmental activities and general administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

As ADDPLAN Administrator:

•  Act as ADDPLAN user support

•  Maintain the ADDPLAN license management system

•  Coordinate ADDPLAN sales and marketing activities

•  Act as administrative support to the Innovation Center management staff and department.

•  Create, maintain, and provide management and/or tracking reports as assigned.

•  Take minutes at internal departmental meetings and/or sponsor meetings when requested; finalize

•  Initiate meeting set-up (scheduling rooms, teleconference information, materials, etc.) for the

•  Produce accurate and professional correspondence for internal and external use.

•  Provide phone coverage for innovation center staff

•  Assist in the preparation of Powerpoint presentations for meetings, as needed.

•  Assist with travel arrangements and preparation of all expense reports for management staff.

•  Maintain organization charts and distribution lists.

•  No travel necessary.
