We are looking for passionate, resilient, and inspiring individuals to join our team. As the Analyst/Sr Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the daily completion of project work as well as participate in the development and implementation of primary and secondary research tools including but not limited to the creation of questionnaires and qualitative research discussion guides, and the collection and distillation of data from these tools. In this role you will have high visibility to a number of internal customers, and will actively participate in team oriented discussions and decisions.

The role

• Travel (approximately <20%) domestic and/or international
• Project Delivery
• Management responsibility for small-sized (<$100K) projects or project segments
• Primary responsibility for execution and delivery of project milestones including survey tools, key findings, and reporting
• Responsible for support of primary data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Provide input into client recommendations and participate in the synthesis of final deliverables
• Obtains senior input and guidance proactively and efficiently, maintains consistent and effective team communication

What you need

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent in Social Sciences or Life Sciences
• Prior experience with Quantitative and/or Qualitative research
• Exp. with programming surveys
• Exp. with data analytics
• Exp. with marketing research
• Advanced English: Writing / Reading / Speaking
• Effective verbal and written communications
• Strong computer skills, sound knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS office Suite; experience with data analysis/statistical packages helpful
• Ability to multi-task, support various projects
• Strong time management
