Analyst/Sr. Analyst - Pricing & Market Access

Location: UK (Home-based)

We are looking for passionate, resilient, and inspiring individuals to join our team. As the Analyst/Sr Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the daily completion of project work as well as participate in the development and implementation of qualitative and quantitative research tools including but not limited to the creation of moderation guides, questionnaires, and the collection and distillation of data from these tools. In this role you will have high visibility to a number of internal customers, and will actively participate in team oriented discussions and decisions.

• As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes and adding value to our business and meeting client needs
• Travel (approximately <20%) domestic and/or international
• Project Delivery
• Primary responsibility for secondary analysis and reporting
• Responsible for support of primary data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Provide input into client recommendations arid participate in the synthesis of final deliverables
• Obtains senior input and guidance proactively and efficiently, maintains consistent and effective team communication

To be successful you will have:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or local equivalent in Life Sciences
• Prior experience with Quantitative or Qualitative research
• Effective verbal and written communications
• Strong computer skills, sound knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS office Suite
• Prior experience with data analysis or visualization tools such as SPSS, R, Tableau
• Ability to multi-task, support various projects
• Strong time management
