Analytics Developer

Role Summary

We are looking to recruit a clinical data programmer into our central monitoring analytics team. The successful candidate will work closely with the analytics development leads to deliver central monitoring solutions in our integrated clinical data analysis system, ICONIK. Prospective candidates should be familiar with EDC systems and eCRFs, have data programming experience in SQL, SAS, R or equivalent, and have experience in ETL processes, or at least a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.

This role can be based in Dublin, Warsaw or Paris.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up metadata specifications for SDTM mapping
• Set up and maintain standard ETL data flows for assigned studies
• Programme data outputs for study-specific key risk indicators and medical monitoring as per user requirements specification
• Write output specifications and test scripts for programmed outputs as per SDLC process
• Conduct testing and other peer review quality checks as required by the SDLC process
• Push developed outputs into production when UAT is passed
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues arising during data refresh cycles

Key Skills and Experience

• Working knowledge of EDC systems and eCRFs
• Strong SQL, SAS or R programming skills, with a proven track record in clinical data programming
• Experience in ETL and the warehousing of data for analytics consumption
• Experience working to SDLC processes in a regulated environment
• Visual analytics capability and experience with Spotfire, Tableau or equivalent
• Team player with excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with risk-based and central monitoring concepts
• Familiarity with statistical principles and data analytics techniques
