Application Administrator III

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced, busy environment for a leading global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. Our Application Administrator III play a key role within ICON and are responsible for supporting Interactive technologies applications and all associated elements.

Purpose of the Role

-     As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.

-     May be ability to complete tasks on time with little or no supervision and be on call to support after hours ICO Phone issues as they arise.

-     Perform complex changes/updates to Interactive technologies Projects in a timely manner in adherence with ICON SOPs and appropriate project specifications.

-     Ability to mentor team members on complex data changes, drug releases and installations.

Role Requirements 

-     Extensive experience with writing SQL scripts and T-SQL Programming

-     A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a computer information systems environment

-     Supports the multiple tasks involved in a project or assignment and prioritizes their completion.

-     Create task lists, timelines and deliverables, work to meet project schedules determined by others

-     Extensive experience with Programming languages

-     Technical writing experience.
