This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Technology Developer with exposure to CTMS, CRM systems and Programming Languages to advance your career with a leading edge Global Oncology Site Network which is growing rapidly.

Reporting to the Head of Technology & Business Information, you will work closely together to drive innovation and provide new solutions to the business needs. This isn't a role for someone who wants to settle into a routine. We're looking for a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. As we grow, you'll need to use your full skill set to problem-solve, find new ways of working and think differently about how data can drive our business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver and support the development of our software products. (Salesforce, PowerBI).

• Understand and create Business Intelligence reports using our BI tool (SQL Knowledge).

• Champion our in-house applications, and help maintain, update and assist with administrative support when required.

• A keen focus on how we report on KPIs, consolidate data and simplify information to support genuinely agile, fast-paced decision-making.

• Strong knowledge of both programming (Python, SQL etc.) and database structure/relationships.

• Experience in Programming, Business analytics and Project Management.

• The ability to use evidence and data to evaluate and solve problems and to help others challenge their assumptions. - Problem solving

• An inquisitive mind set with an ability to take on board and learn new skills.

• Be innovative in your approach and hungry to seek out new technologies solutions to drive the business forward.

• An ability to write training and user documentation.

• Have a strong focus on delivering high quality work.

Key areas of competency:

• Salesforce

• Programming Languages (Python)

• Analysis Tools (PowerBI, Tableau)

• Database Language (SQL, MSSQL)

• Dashboards and Reports - Analysis

• Visuals and Interactive Reports

To be successful you will need:

3+ Years previous Software Development Experience. Experience of PowerBI is essential, ideally with knowledge of PowerApps and exposure to data warehousing concepts, data modelling techniques and data visualisation. Having a strong Database understanding and able to use SQL/MSSQL with Python for our in-house dashboards. You must have demonstrable experience of versatility within a BI team, an ability to spot data that doesn't 'look right', fulfilling different technical roles and working towards the end goal of presenting data to senior stakeholders in a compelling, meaningful and commercially focused way. Equally, you need the mind-set as well as the skill set. Curious, tenacious and imaginative, you'll enjoy a culture where ideas are shared openly and different possibilities can be explored.
