We are currently seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Business Development Coordinator at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business development efforts of our organization, contributing to the growth and success of our clinical trial solutions and services.

What you will be doing

• Assisting in the development and implementation of strategic business development plans and initiatives.

• Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

• Coordinating the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other materials for client meetings and presentations.

• Managing client relationships and serving as a point of contact for inquiries and requests.

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate response to client needs and requirements.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

• Previous experience in a business development or sales support role preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
