Client Management Project Manager, FIRECREST Solutions
 
The Client Management (CM) PM role in FIRECREST Solutions will be responsible for the management of the portal launch, maintenance and closeout of all assigned projects. The CM PM will routinely provide product demonstrations and training (virtual and in-person) on product functionality to sponsors and end users. The CM PM role is a strategically important role in the delivery of the value proposition for all clients. At the centre of this will be ensuring that their client’s realize the value of implementing the FIRECREST solution.
 
The CM PM will manage the delivery of assigned projects and may support other projects within and across the client management structure.
 
As an organisation focused on the provision of clinical training and site support solutions to doctors, nurses, patients and other clinical staff, FIRECREST Solution’s reputation is critically linked to the accuracy and quality of our offerings. The CM PM must attain a detailed understanding of all FIRECREST offerings and be capable of communicating and supporting the value proposition of these solutions to ICON and the sponsor.
The CM PM reports to Manager, Project Management (Client Management)
 
Requirements
  • Prior relevant experience in a customer-relationship management or client-facing role, ideally in the pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare industry
  • Customer focus and goal oriented.
  • Strong Presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, issue management and resolutions skills.
  • Self-confident, organized and with a “can do” attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Due to the nature of this position it may be required for the employee to travel.
  • Bachelor's degree or local equivalent in Science, or equivalent work experience required.
