Client Services Assistant _ Bangalore

We are currently seeking Client Services Assistant to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Client Services Assistant, will assist in the day-to-day support of ICON Central Laboratories’ global clinical studies’ conduct by entering pertinent new and current study information within the Client Services Department, in accordance with Good Clinical Practice and company SOPs.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Enter Clinical Site Information into database for new studies and existing studies
- Print all Site Information data entered and perform 100% review of this data against Client supplied information
- Place orders for initial supplies for site
- Review errors that are identified by the failure of transmission of the Test Fax Page that is sent after site information is initially entered into the system and track these errors on a spreadsheet. Inform the appropriate members of the Client Services team of the reasons for the errors
- Responsible for Administrative responsibilities as assigned by management. 10% of the time.
- Review of all Clinical Site Information entered into PACS.
Your Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent. An associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar administrative or support role within the clinical research or healthcare industry is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to enter data accurately and efficiently into database systems.
- Proficiency in data quality control (QC) processes and attention to detail when handling data.
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to data entry and clinical study conduct.
- Proficiency in managing time effectively to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail when performing data review and quality control procedures.
