Clinical Data Mgt Group Leader

DOCS have a new exciting opportunity and are looking for talent to join our team.

The role can be based remotely anywhere in Europe.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible and accountable for providing line management leadership to data management technical teams (Rave, SDTM & SAS) within DOCS FSP.
• Ensure team deliverables are met to the expected quality within agreed timelines.
• Mentor / develop FSEs under the guidance of Manager / Sr. Manager or designee.
• Support DOCS Operations activities including Employee Onboarding, FSE Management, Freelancer Management & Invoice Management under minimal supervision.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of team management experience
• Relevant Clinical Data Management technical experience.
• Supervisory experience including project management, resource planning, staff recruitment, performance evaluations, career development and training.
• Proven leadership skills
• Ability and willingness to travel as required, up to 10%.
