Position Summary:

Responsible for providing line management leadership to an IEP Data Management delivery team (including CDL, CDC and CDC Testers) . Ensures team deliverables to expected quality and timelines, provides technical oversight as needed, and mentors/develops Leads and other staff under the general guidance of Director, Data Management or designee.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective resource allocation and workload balancing across assigned teams in coordination with Onshore DMPMs and IEP-DM Leadership team.
• Provide resource projection on an ongoing basis to Management as appropriate.
• Support and Mentor the team and extend technical expertise on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure teams achieve productivity and quality targets, perform benchmarking reviews and perform oversight of deliverables
• Identify and organize the training needs as appropriate.
• Support recruitment of resources.
• Perform interim/annual performance management of assigned team members and identify gaps and propose development plans
• Identify gaps and suggest process improvements (internal/external) on an ongoing basis
• Responsible for administrative management of team including on time completion of time-sheets, i-Learn courses, and leaves
• Support project management of activities supported in all locations, liaise with project/study teams, escalate issues to local management and global study teams in a timely manner
• Travel (approximately <5%) domestic.
• Provide other general duties as required to support the company.

Experience and Qualification

· Background in science, IT or other relevant discipline

· Minimum 8 years of Data Management experience

· Experience in working with CDC, CDL and Clinical Database Programmers

· Current Job title CDL/Senior CDL or any relevant People Leader role.
