What you will be doing

• Ensure the accuracy of payment processes from beginning to end, with proactive management study stage awareness.
• Maintain accurate completion of payment processing tasks for all assigned sites in accordance with the client's expectations and procedures within the required time frame and high quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration, respond promptly to sites inquiries, provide detailed and well-supported explanations, including relevant documentation, enabling sites to track, validate, and close their internal records effectively, and strengthen relationships among them.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, proactive problem-solving, and team collaboration.
• Maintain comprehensive study documentation and records, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standard operating procedure

Your profile

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Previous experience in clinical research or healthcare, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, with a commitment to ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with study teams and clinical sites.
