Are you an experienced Business Process & Reporting Manager with experience in home health? Are you passionate about playing a key role in driving innovative solutions within home health for clinical research studies?

As part of the ICON family now, Symphony is the global leader in home health clinical trials making it convenient for patients to participate in clinical research by taking study visits to where they live, work, study or play!

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical research, Medical Devices, Hospital Systems required; CRO experience highly preferred
• Experience with CTMS preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• Advanced MS Excel experience is required (will use Pivot Tables, Vlook-ups, Chart/graphs, etc)
• PMP certification is highly preferred
• Process Improvement experience or Lean Six Sigma is highly preferred
