Clinical Supply Specialist

As a Clinical Supply Specialist you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Location: Basking Ridge, NJ 

Hybrid Role: 3 days weekly onsite. 2 days remote. 

What you will be doing:

Works in partnership with scientific, operational, clinical, business and technology stakeholders to manage the global supply chain of clinical and/or ancillary supplies in support of phase I-IV clinical trials.

Primary Responsibilities
• Creates and executes global clinical supply plan and distribution strategy.
• Supports financial planning for global clinical supplies, including budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Addresses and resolves issues involving global distribution of clinical supplies.
• Directly communicates pertinent clinical supply information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Supports the design and set-up of interactive voice response system (IVRS) on assigned projects

You are:

Education required:

• Bachelor’s degree required. Supply chain or Health sciences or related field preferred.

Skills Required

• Read, write and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language required.
• Supply Chain, Inventory or Logistics experience required. Preferably in Pharma, Biotech or CRO.
• ~3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supplies or inventory specialist. 
• Flexibility to go into the office 3 days per week (2 days work from home) - Basking Ridge, NJ
