Clinical Trial Coordinator

The Clinical Trial Payment Coordinator works with the Site Payment Analyst (SPA) Leads, Site Payment Manager and Payment Vendor to assist the Payments Department in setting up sites and completing payment requests within the Payment Vendor System, eClinicalGPS (Greenphire).

• General understanding of clinical trial budgets and contracts
• Strong written and verbal skills to interact with internal Vertex groups as well as the Payment Vendor and Institutions.
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactively able to identify discrepancies in data
• Experience with working with large volumes of data
• Help manage shared SPA Mailbox
• Coding of final budgets
• Development of Payee templates
• Oversight of Site user access
• Assist SPA Lead in QCing contracted rates in eGPS according to final budget.
• Assist SPA Lead in approving payment requests, invoices, and Subject travel/reimbursement in ClinCard as outlined in Investigational Site Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs)
• Help with processing of amendments to ICFs and CTAs
• Other duties as applicable

• BS. or Advanced Degree (or equivalent degree/experience in the opinion of the Hiring Manager)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience
