I joined ICON's Strategic Solutions team in 2017, supporting a handful of global biopharmaceutical companies by addressing their headcount needs. I started recruiting for biostatistics and clinical roles primarily before moving into the Clinical Site Management and Monitoring space (through Clinical Administration positions to Senior Clinical Project Management roles). We’ve had great success with employees starting within documentation/administration roles moving to Site Management and then progressing to Clinical Project Management. One of our primary aims is to support staff with their professional development – a CRO is the perfect place to develop in clinical research. ICON provides expert guidance and support for candidates as they navigate the interview process before securing a role working on a partnership basis with said pharmaceutical companies.
