Clinical Trial Manager

Role: Local Trial Manager

Location: Home-based in Australia

As a Local Trial Manager, you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

You will be joining a program takes an extensive co-monitoring approach that enables a supportive and collaborative work environment. Frequent, consistent communication, both internally and with our client, positions our program to be closely aligned on our shared goals.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and manage the conduct of clinical trials from start-up to closeout in accordance with ICH-GCP and local regulations in Australia
• Ensure effective study risk management for assigned studies in Australia
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and on budget execution of clinical trial deliverables
• Leadership of a regional matrix team to ensure delivery of country and site level study activities in alignment with the global study project plan
• Responsibility for study TMF completeness, quality and inspection readiness

You are:

• Tertiary Degree qualified in Healthcare/Science or related field
• Previous clinical trial management experience as CTM/PM within CRO or pharmaceutical industry is essential
• Prior background as a Clinical Research Associate is required
• You are confident working autonomously to ensure delivery of expectations
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Good multitasking, time management and prioritisation skills
• Full work rights in Australia
