We are currently seeking a Contract Specialist II to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Contract Specialist II at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the negotiation and management of contracts with clients and vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and supporting the execution of clinical trials and research projects.

What you will be doing

• Leading contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Providing expertise in contract drafting, review, and interpretation.

• Developing and implementing contract management strategies and processes.

• Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation plans for contract-related issues.

• Serving as a subject matter expert and providing guidance to junior team members.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in contract management or a related field.

• Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
