ICON plc is currently seeking a CRC Level 1 to join our collaborative and growing Accellacare site network. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in clinical research. You will support the delivery of clinical trials through patient coordination, regulatory documentation, and operational support—contributing to life-changing advancements in healthcare.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist Clinical Research Coordinators with patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment

• Support the preparation, organisation, and maintenance of study documentation and regulatory files

• Accurately enter clinical data into study databases and electronic data capture (EDC) systems

• Provide logistical support for study visits, including scheduling, materials preparation, and documentation

• Assist with regulatory submissions to ethics committees and relevant authorities

• Support basic lab tasks such as sample handling and processing, as delegated and trained

Your Profile:

• Previous experience in data entry and/or laboratory work is preferred

• Prior experience in clinical research or a healthcare/administrative setting is also desirable

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Good communication skills and a professional, patient-focused approach

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Willingness to learn and grow within a clinical research environment
