Clinical Trial Assistant

Location: Office-based / Hybrid, Sydney (Australia)

As Clinical Trial Assistant, you will be joining the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:

• Organize meetings, take minutes and provide administrative support for investigator meetings
• Track and update study metrics
• Setup and maintain TMF/eTMF, documents collection and quality check
• Coordinate on drug supply plan, provision and destruction process, trial equipment and materials plan and management
• Coordinate vendors ‘activities like printing, translation and other vendors’ management
• Support the study team with distribution of site materials and equipment

• BS/BA or equivalent preferred
• Expereince working within clinical research and basic knowledge and understanding of Essential Documents, CFR and GCP/ICH
• Previous and solid CTA experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry preferred
• Proficiency with technological systems (Microsoft Office, TMF, CTMS,)
• Fundamental understanding of filing systems and organizational tools
