As a CTA you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:

• Provide administrative assistance for clinical projects, including updating and managing clinical systems to monitor site compliance and performance according to project schedules
• Support the clinical team with the preparation, management, and archiving of clinical documents and reports in alignment with standard operating procedures
• Assist with periodic review of study files for completeness
• Act as a point of contact for the clinical team for project communications, correspondence and associated documentation
• Collaborates with finance and budgeting representatives to develop country budget, track and report negotiations with sites, track contract development, payments execution for investigators and sites, adherence and disclosures and monitor budget closeout
• Perform assigned administrative tasks to support team members with clinical trial execution

You are:

• University degree, preferred in Life Sciences
• Ideally 1-2 years of previous professional experience in a medical or pharma sector 
• Experience in clinical trials is welcome but not a must
• Good with numbers and systems, including Microsoft Excel
• Able to work under time pressure, especially during payments execution period
• Enjoys working with budgets and payments
• Fluent English and local language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
