As a (CTA) you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

You will be partnering with one of the worlds premier Biopharmaceutical companies. Working across a vast portfolio of medicines and vaccines this company has, over centuries created a strong heritage of delivering innovative treatments and preventive medicines globally

What you will be doing:

• TMF filing, quality, maintenance, compliance, and oversight
• Development and delivery of sites’ ISF, and eISF when utilized, and act as primary point of contact for the sites and manage the Site Operations/monitor access to eISF prior to SIV
• Maintain Company Registries and systems as required
• Provide reporting to support management of clinical trials
• Provide support with audit and inspection readiness activities
• Perform customization and translation of documents as required
• Manage Physical Archiving needs as required
• Preparation of documents and communications for distribution to and collection from sites, as required
• Main Responsibility: Site Payment (invoice generator ; invoice approval)
• Mainly South Korea + Australia

You are:

• +2 yr CTA experience in CRO/Pharmaceutical Companies
• Having Site Payment Experience
• Excellence in communications skills
• Good Command of English
• Home-based
