As a Director of Patient Recruitment, you will expected to add towards a culture of group excellence with a focus on driving forward patient recruitment strategies across a group of sites in the US.

You will be the point of contact, responsible to deliver a centralized patient recruitment model in attracting and retaining patients for our sites. You will be developing successful client relationships and providing an oversight of budget, planning and delivering on strategy.

The role

• Lead a centralized patient recruitment strategy across our global site network; acting as point of contact and collaborative partner between internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee and add value to the patient recruitment strategy for attracting patients; using a range of tools including media, and social media
• Manage effectively patient recruitment budgets
• Attend key client meetings including new business wins
• Line management of a team within the ICON group including providing guidance to your staff

What you need

• A minimum of 10 years industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years in patient recruitment
• Awareness and understanding of using digital and social media tools for patient recruitment strategies
• Strong verbal and written skills, executive presence and good business acumen
• Bachelor's Degree in medicine, science or business/ communication, or your equivalent working experience
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
