We are passionate about hearing from Directors Project Management with key critical thinking and problem solving skills that can influence and lead in a global, cross-functional project management environment.
As the Director in our Biosimilars Project Management group, you will be leading our delivery of successful client relationships as well as building new client relationships within the group, upholding and working towards a culture of project group excellence.
- Develop integrated strategy for plans for portfolio of Biosimilars studies and subsequently lead and deliver cross functional study teams in accordance with contractual timelines, client specifications and Good Clinical Practices (GCPs)
- Effectively lead study budgets to ensure financial targets are met through regular review of indirect costs and project resources
- Collaborate Business Development to identify new client relationships within the Biosimilars group remit, attending bid defence meetings and follow-up commercial activities
- Demonstrate your executive presence, delivering updates on the portfolio to senior management
- Building an environment to enable employees, add towards our culture and engage with the group success
- Motivate and develop your team through people management; co-ordinate study activities against targets, provide coaching and mentoring to Project Managers
The Biosimilars group has a unique, entrepreneurial opportunity for a Director to lead our growing portfolio in our broad therapeutic reach including global studies in Oncology, Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular. As a Director, you will have creative resources to be successful in delivering results, inspiring others and becoming a trusted partner.
- A strong operational delivery in Project Management, could have experience in a broad area of drug development including Oncology, Internal Medicine or Cardiovascular studies
- An overall solid understanding of full process of drug development
- Experience in developing winning strategies for proposals and bid defenses to win new business with existing and new clients
- Collaborative, assertive customer relationship skills with a high level of integrity and maintaining professional standards
- Previous people management leadership skills, committed to motivating and leading a global team
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as required, for local and international locations
