Position Summary
Provide
administrative support to the Payroll Department to ensure effective and
efficient management of Contract Placement Consultants (CPC’s) payroll.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
The
responsibilities of the Operations Associate include, but are not limited to:
Ø Liaise with US Payroll
team and Clients and ensure payroll processing for CPC’s
Ø Ensure the
timecards received, approved and processed on time
Ø Liaise with Client
Line Managers for receiving approval for the timecards submitted by CPC’s
Ø Processing and
entering the hrs in the Payroll file with zero errors
Ø Ensure that the
timecards and invoices are placed for
backup
Ø Liaise with Account
Payables and Supplier Maintenance in setting up the payment forms for CPC’s and
Freelancers
Payroll Processing and Administration:
Ø Maintain timesheet
tracker for the CPC’s and ought to be updated in the shared drive after every
payroll
Ø Ensure CPC
timesheets are collected and placed in portal for review.
Ø Ensure CPC expense
reports are collected and tracked in portal for review.
Ø Support Operations
Manager (OMs) by preparing and maintaining CPC payroll information and records.
Ø Able to handle
audit queries for the payroll handled
Ø Focus on process
automation and Connecting with clients and CPC’s is mandatory
Education, Experience, Skills and Knowledge
Requirements
Ø To perform this job
successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job function
satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the
knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing and good knowledge in Finance
Qualification
Ø Master’s in Business
Administration (MBA, HR/General Administration)
Ø Master’s degree with relevant
Payroll experience
Experience & Skills
Ø Basic Logical and Analytical
ability is required
Ø Passion to work in computers and
basic knowledge in MS Office
Ø Strong written and oral
communication skills
Ø Strong inter-personal,
administrative and organizational skills.
Ø Demonstrated ability to work in
a team environment.
Ø Ability to liaise successfully
with clients, CPCs, Managers and other departments.
Ø Ability to operate in a multi-cultural
environment.
