We are currently seeking a Due Diligence Specialist I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Due Diligence Specialist I at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in conducting due diligence assessments for clinical trial projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.

• Assisting in conducting due diligence assessments for clinical trial projects, including site selection, investigator qualification, and vendor evaluation

• Reviewing regulatory documents, study protocols, and other relevant materials to identify potential risks and compliance issues

• Supporting the development of risk mitigation strategies and action plans

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of due diligence activities

• Maintaining accurate documentation of due diligence activities and findings

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or regulatory affairs

• Previous experience in clinical research or regulatory affairs preferred

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time

• Good communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively across teams
