Job Title                            : Facility Coordinator
Reporting to                   : Facilities & Administration, Manager
Type of Employment  : Full Time
Location                           : Bangalore
 
Purpose of the position:
This position provides administrative and secretarial support for a department and/or Manager.
In addition to typing, filing, scheduling, performs duties such as record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, working on special projects.
Responsible for routine correspondence and assembles information.
Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.
Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload, recommends changes in office practices or procedures.
Academic or trade qualifications:
Any Graduate can apply

Work experience and skills:
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 year of experience in Facilities & administrative role
  • Facilities and Administration Coordinator for the Bangalore office will be responsible for effectively coordinating the day to day administrative and facilities services under the guidance of the facilities manager.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong oral & written communication skills
  • Team Player
