Facilities & Admin Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

 Ø  Being part of the Facilities and Administration team, reporting to F&A supervisor, this role supports all the office operations and services relating to facilities, administration, security, transportation, vendor management etc.

 Ø  Supporting employees with completing the requests raised for various services which varies from issuing ID cards, arranging cabs on requests etc.

 Ø  Handling multiple vendors for various services to have the office operations running smoothly.

 Ø  Ensuring the entire office premises are clean and up to standard through out and report any snags at the earliest to follow up on corrective measures.

 Ø  Managing the stores and supplies relating to stationary, housekeeping and pantry consumables and also planning the monthly orders to be placed for various items.

 Ø  Invoice  processing ensuring that the goods and services are delivered promptly and in mentioned standards.

 Ø  Train and monitor the activities of outsourced staffs including housekeeping and security.

 Ø  Support for events and other adhoc duties as and when needed for conferences and meetings.

 Requirements

 ·         Minimum graduate in any discipline with 2-3 years of experience in office operation/facilities/administration.

 ·         Good communication and interpersonal skills with a flair for self learning when the situation demands.

 ·         Handling circumstances tactfully and with ease, and an eye for detail.

 ·         A good planner, who can prioritize work and meet deadlines.
