Imaging Support Specialist

Summary:

This candidate should be responsible for Format Translation of study image data into DICOM format, Film Scanning and masking, Troubleshooting as required.

Responsibilities:

• Image processing of study data in accordance to the study specific guidelines

• Format Translation of study image data into DICOM format

• Film Scanning and masking as required for study requirements

• Hardware/software troubleshooting in support of customer needs

• Responsible to participate in image data processing workflow development

• Responsible to provide remote technical support for off-site, off-hours activities

• Provide technical support to troubleshoot and appropriately escalate technical issues related to image display and related processes

• Participate in project team meetings providing core lab processing status

• Acts in a proactive and responsive manner to deliver project specific requirements within timelines

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2 years prior relevant imaging experience

• Bachelor's Degree, or local equivalent, in life sciences or technology, or equivalent experience

• Due to the nature of this position it may be required for the employee to travel.

• Trained in Good Clinical Practices

• Trained in Good Documentation Practices

• Excellent Organizational, Documentation and Communication skills

• Proficiency in business computer skills
