I have over 12 years of experience in Human Resources, both in Recruitment and Operations. I started my journey at ICON as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in 2014 in a pilot team, and we have tremendously broadened our team. I have grown organically within TA’s career ladder. I lead the sourcing hub team and manage the global volume hiring area for India, EMEA and Americas. I’m based in ICON Chennai office, India.
