What you will be doing:

• • Lead discussions with client and internal design team for implementing initial IRT study builds
  • Develop specifications for eCRFs, edit checks, system configuration, and IXRS transfers
    
  • Lead and assist with design customizations of established IXRS systems
    
  • Create, oversee, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Plan, test scripts, and summary Report
    
  • Write UAT scripts and be closely involved in EDC study builds
    
  • Manage IXRS translation process by partnering with Language Associates and Project Managers
    
  • Maintain day-to-day contact with database programming staff to handle questions, troubleshoot, help resolve issues, and mitigate risks
    
  • Partner with the data manager, medical coder, database programmers, and EDC access group to plan for the success of study's deliverables

You are:

• B.S. (or equivalent degree) in a scientific or allied health field or 4-6 years of relevant work experience supporting the Biotech or Pharmaceutical Industries
• 3-5+ years of experience working with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems and within a clinical trials setting
• Sound knowledge of IRT / IVRS design and development processes
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze clinical protocols
• Good understanding of the Pharmaceutical clinical supply chain
• Strong technical skills, including relevant UAT / validation experience
• Excellent teamwork, organizational, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and in a diverse environment
• Ability to travel occasionally / as needed (0-5% of the time).
