Location - Office Flex (3 days at office) - Insurgentes Sur

The role:

  • The IT Support Engineer I position acts as part of the End User Services Group providing local support to the user community and offices. This role is responsible for the hands on support of user systems, meeting rooms, several IT systems, system deployments, troubleshooting hardware/ software issues, sending IT equipment to other offices and home based users and assisting in projects as assigned.

  • The IT Support Engineer I role will report to an IT Operations Manager and may be supervised by the IT Operations manager and/or an IT Operations Team Leader.

  • Technical mentoring can be provided by the IT Operations Manager, the IT Operations Team Leader, and Senior IT Support Engineer or other IT department staff members as appropriate/required

You will need:

  • Prior relevant experience in an IT service delivery environment supporting Microsoft Windows desktop environment

  • Customer Service oriented

  • ITIL certification or knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus

  • Hardware support and remote trouble shooting

  • Troubleshooting skills

  • ServiceNow, MS Windows 10/11, O365, Microsoft intune

  • English fluent
