Location: Home-Based, Australia

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for the local trial management across Australia and New Zealand in early phase oncology
• Site selection and feasibility for local country
• Coordinate and lead the local trial team to deliver quality data and records in compliance with the assigned protocol, regulatory requirements and SOPs
• May visit sites to oversee site monitors, provide coaching,support accurate reporting and build relationships
• Lead negotiation of trial site contracts and budgets

You are:

• Tertiary degree qualified in relevant healthcare/science field
• Country level expert and previous site monitoring experience
• Cross functional collaboration and excellent communication skills
• Min 12 months experience in a clinical trial management role, preferably in phase 1 oncology
• Home-based role with ability to travel on occasion
