Logistics Coordinator I

We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Logistics Coordinator I at ICON, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating logistics operations to ensure the efficient movement of materials and supplies for clinical trials. You will work on day-to-day logistics activities, handle shipping and inventory tasks, and engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Coordinating the scheduling and execution of shipments and deliveries for clinical trial materials.
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate record-keeping of materials and supplies.
- Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve any logistics issues and ensure timely delivery.
- Tracking and reporting on shipping status, delivery timelines, and any discrepancies or delays.
- Assisting with the preparation of shipping documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a logistics or administrative role, preferably in a clinical or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
