Title: Nurse Manager

Summary: We are currently seeking a Manager, Clinical Services (RN) to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Manager, Clinical Services at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational aspects of clinical trials, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that aid the advancement of innovative therapies. You will contribute to the success of clinical research by leading teams and optimizing processes to enhance overall trial performance.

Location: 100% On-Site: San Antonio TX (5 days/week)

What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of clinical services, ensuring that trials are conducted efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Managing a team of nurses while mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of inclusion and excellence in clinical service delivery.
• Engaging with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance trial execution and patient engagement.
• Monitoring trial progress and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication for clinical initiatives.
• Act as SME resource for clinical team members

Your Profile:

• Nursing Degree
• Extensive experience in managing clinical services or operations, with a solid understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Clinical research experience (Phase I experience strongly preferred)
• Proven people management experience with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage teams in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on optimizing operational processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
