Job Description Summary:
Symphony Health is a leading provider of integrated data-driven solutions and services for the healthcare industry. Our innovative technology and expert analysis enable our clients to make better decisions and drive improved outcomes for patients. We are seeking a Manager of IT Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT infrastructure and operations, with experience on data ingestion/delivery pipelines and client facing software engineering, and a passion for developing and leading high-performing teams.
Job Description:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, systems, and applications.
Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards.
Monitor and ensure compliance with security protocols and standards.
Manage the implementation of new hardware, software, and systems.
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as needed.
Develop and manage budgets for IT operations and infrastructure.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services.
Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure.
Develop and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Provide leadership and guidance to IT staff, including training, mentoring, and performance management.
Manage and oversee the development and maintenance of data ingestion/delivery pipelines and client-facing software.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify client needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data pipeline and client-facing software.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure management, with a focus on data pipeline and client-facing software development.
Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including network architecture, hardware, software, and security protocols.
Experience managing and leading teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and applications is preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare industry is a plus.
