Job Description Summary:

Symphony Health is a leading provider of integrated data-driven solutions and services for the healthcare industry. Our innovative technology and expert analysis enable our clients to make better decisions and drive improved outcomes for patients.   We are seeking a Manager of IT Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT infrastructure and operations, with experience on data ingestion/delivery pipelines and client facing software engineering, and a passion for developing and leading high-performing teams.

Job Description:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, systems, and applications.

  • Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with security protocols and standards.

  • Manage the implementation of new hardware, software, and systems.

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as needed.

  • Develop and manage budgets for IT operations and infrastructure.

  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services.

  • Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure.

  • Develop and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to IT staff, including training, mentoring, and performance management.

  • Manage and oversee the development and maintenance of data ingestion/delivery pipelines and client-facing software.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify client needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data pipeline and client-facing software.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure management, with a focus on data pipeline and client-facing software development.

  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including network architecture, hardware, software, and security protocols.

  • Experience managing and leading teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and applications is preferred.

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry is a plus.
