Legal Counsel Manager *LI-HD1

Location: Dublin

Role responsibilities include:

·         As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.

·        Consult with Project Managers, Sponsor project leaders and other appropriate personnel on contract language/budget development and negotiations, special site requests outside of established parameters, and all other pertinent information toward the execution of contract-related documents for a given study.

·        Lead and manage the legal response for the Study Start Up Legal Support team on Investigator Contract and associated legal documents.

·        Assist with reviewing Investigator site Master Service Agreements or other MSAs as appropriate.

Experience & Knowledge Requirements:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Leadership/management experience and an ability to work across varying levels of seniority.
• Overseas, multinational experience – a plus.
• Proven experience in contract negotiations preferably in the Pharmaceutical/CRO/Biotech industry.

 Education Requirements:

• Legal Qualification (Admitted to practice Law) with a minimum of  5 years post qualified experience preferably in a Pharmaceutical company’s legal department, CRO legal department or law firm.
