Job Title: Pathology Project Manager - Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)
The Role:
- Global Pathology set-up functions for digital pathology requests, ensuring accurate and timely set up of the digital pathology application (MIRA), SOP creation,
- Liaise and coordinate a global team of external histopathologist key opinion leaders, dealing with queries related to this group as they arise.
- Coordinate Pathologist and external Pathology KOL.
- Ensure all work is delivered to KOLs, read, and reported within agreed TAT.
- Act as point of contact and main vendor manager for a limited number of external Pathology AI vendors.
- Onboard new Pathology KOLs and Pathology vendors as required.
- Ensure all compliance documentation associated with Pathology KOLs is kept up to date and in compliance.
- Lead, facilitate and engage in sponsor audits, where aspects of the ICL digital pathology service is being audited.
- Oversee administrative tasks for Pathology software.
- Perform administrative pathology tasks as directed by lab manager / lab director.
- Generate pathology management reports.
- Monitor and track the awarding of new studies and proactively engage with pathology stakeholders.
- Lead the planning and implementation of cross-functional project(s).
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Develop full-scale cross-functional project plans.
- Assemble and coordinate project staff.
- Plan and schedule project timelines.
- Develop and Manage Risk Mitigation Strategies for projects.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Provide direction and support to project team.
- Quality assurance.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 3 + years of experience as a Project Manager in Pharmaceutical, CRO, Clinical is preferred.
- Histopathology lab experience would be an advantage but not essential.
