Role and Responsibilities:
The Study Innovation Specialist, Patient Recruitment will work closely with the Program Lead, Patient Recruitment to develop and deliver the Global Recruitment and Retention strategy across assigned protocols. The Specialist will implement a strategy that enables Clinical Trial Management (CTM) team to deliver on enrollment goals
- Collaborate with Program Lead on the development and delivery of comprehensive and innovative global recruitment and retention strategy for assigned protocols
- Leverage available sources to evaluate past and current landscape, patient journey map, patient ID strategy and patient experience plan
- Develop and deliver protocol specific patient recruitment toolkits for use by Clinical Trial Management team
- Manage workflow and internal review of patient facing materials between internal and external stakeholders
- Track metrics/KPIs related to assigned protocols
- Contributor to vetting and recommending patient recruitment vendors in partnership with Vendor Management team
- Contribute to process improvement activities within FASTR patient recruitment group
- Contribute to creation of centralized repository for program and study support tactics ad tools
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working within patient recruitment/retention and clinical trials
- A good understanding of ICH / GCP guidelines
- Demonstration of cross-functional understanding related to drug development
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Global working experience preferred
