This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced, busy environment for a leading global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries.

Location:  Limerick, Ireland

Overview of the role

• Responsible for creating study specific portals and for creating new customer portals
• Responsible for the implementation of portal edits and ensuring that the portal is current and up to date e.g. updating resources, documents etc.
• Work with the AE and Web Developer to create, and maintain, study highlights.
• Work with the AE and Web Developer to customize the portal by adding study specific pages etc.
• Management of user enrollment at go-live
• Work with the AE to create study specific reports
• Responsible for editing video material supplied by the Client and when complete adding to the portal
• Manage all study close outs
• Create offline portal creation and management
• Manage portal archiving
• Liaise with Software Department concerning pre/post deployment Software checklist and configuration

Role Requirements

• Good understanding of html and css
• Experienced in data admin/data entry
• Good attention to detail
