Program Manager, Labs

The Role:

• Provide leadership to effectively coordinate and manage the activities of one or more large multinational studies or a program of studies
• Be the principal contact for Sponsor’s Program Management contact related to the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects within the Programs
• Monitor all studies in your program via email, one to one meetings & regroup meetings and assist PMs with set-up, maintenance and close out of projects within the program
• Facilitate effective communication among all project-related parties
• Review client satisfaction survey responses and work with PMs to improve results
• Have oversight of project budgets within the program to ensure projects are running within budget
• Provide coaching/mentoring to Project Managers (PMs) and contribute to department training initiatives, as appropriate.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in science, business, medicine or equivalent degree
• Project Management or equivalent (PMI certification) is desirable
• 4-5 years Project Management experience required
• Experience working on large global clinical trials desired
• Comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP
• Strength in communication, planning, decision-making, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
• Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed
