As a Project Analyst I, you would support assigned projects on international clinical studies, through the independent management of allocated tasks. The Project Analyst I will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful project execution.

The role

• Support the Project Management internal team with project planning, using scheduling tools and applications
• Assist with data analysis, preparing reports using various source systems, to highlight and export key data
• Assist with early escalation of queries, including data review issues on your assigned studies
• Drive data integrity, higher compliance with system use to ultimately improve operational metrics
• As a Project Analyst I, you will provide project planning, operational data control and analysis support to assure successful operational project delivery and enable ICON ICR Full Service Project Managers to deliver best in class projects.

What you need

• Previous Project Analyst experience; within an international CRO, or pharmaceutical organisation would be desirable
• Strong Administrative skills including Proficient to Advanced Excel, including the ability to use various formulas to analyse data, and pull pivot tables
• Time management skillset, and the ability to work on various projects simultaneously
• Experience working in an international environment is essential, as you will be communicating with different time zones and cultures regularly
• Strong communicator
• Bachelors' degree, or local equivalent
