We have an immediate opening for a Project Analyst to join our Groundbreaking Talent Acquisition Team. It can be based anywhere in EMEA or the East Coast of the USA and is an amazing opportunity to use your expertise of Workday rollout with an industry leading enterprise.

The position will assist in the roll out of Workday, in turn giving candidates and hiring managers the best experience possible. Impression management and candidate engagement are two priority areas. The Talent Acquisition team at ICON has redefined its recruitment strategies and the Transformational Team is owning the global recruitment function through this transition with a move in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

This is an influential newly built position and will work with our outstanding HR and awarding winning IT department (We were voted IT department of the year and our CTO is current CTO of the year). We work in the area of clinical research within the pharmaceutical industry globally.

Have you worked with Workday Recruit and been involved in people capability and training?
Have you designed and crafting best practice learning design?
Do you have an appreciation for the candidate and hiring manager recruitment experience?
Have you got vendor management experience?
Have you run projects to tight deadlines and within scope?

This is a fixed term contract to November 2019. If based in Dublin you will work in a state of the art facility in Leopardstown Dublin. On-site gym, showers, parking & cycling facilities, subsided canteen. Over 800 people working on-site. ICON is an Irish global contract research organization for the pharmaceutical industry.
